What does the JanSport Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your pack ever breaks down, simply send it to our warranty center, and we will fix it or replace it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
