Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
